SMS Terms

The following terms apply to SMS communications from Balanced Trading LLC dba Balance Asset Management. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, you expressly agree to these terms. These SMS Terms are also incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

Consent

By opting in, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive recurring automated text messages, including messages sent using an Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS), from Balance Asset Management at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include educational content about financial literacy, checklist delivery notifications, updates about our educational resources, and occasional information about related services. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the type of communication and your engagement with our services. You may receive recurring messages. We will not send messages at a frequency that is unreasonable or unexpected given the nature of our educational program.

Costs

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to any messages you send to us and any messages we send to you. Balance Asset Management does not charge for SMS messages, but carrier fees are your responsibility. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Balance Asset Management unless you opt in again in the future. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive email communications or access our website.

Privacy and Data Use
